One thing you can be sure not do is never put your full name or your address to your home because that is personal information that should not be put on the Internet. If your information gets out to the wrong person, terrible things may and can happen. When it comes to the Internet you must be very aware of what might happen.
 Information that will be helpful to you to stay safe on the internet
* DON'T put inappropriate things on your email page
* DON'T put your personal information on your email page
* DON'T put where you live on your email page because you don't know who will be on your page

Things that you should and shouldn't do when on your email.
Be careful when opening a message from someone you don't know or weren't expecting. This may include email attachments, instant messaging file transfers, and other files that have been downloaded from the internet. Basic email safety tips:
  • Change your password periodically
  • Don't share your password on open attachments unless they're run through an anti-virus software
  • Log off when finished on any online website's (such as Facebook, Youtube, Yahoo, ext.)
  • Don't reply to spam, harassing, or offensive e-mail or forward chain email letters
  • Use common sense and keep personal information just that personal
  • Delete all emails from people you don't know
  • Don't fall for spammers most used trick, "Remember me?"
